For the Production Order # 1000667848 the output form is printing the color sequence (Embroidery sequence) under Non Embroidery which has to be printed under Embroidery shown as in below screen shot.

Analyzed that print issue is due to wrong assignment of components to operation in the routing. Advised client to correct the routing by assigning the correct components to operation. Then to correct the components assignment in the production order advised to do the re-read master data.

Resolution

---

NEC corrected the routing and re-read master data in the production order. Then in the print form colors are shown under embroidery.
